FAQs

What is your return policy?

Your happiness is important to us and we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with
your purchase, please email customer service at bougieboutique.52021@gmail.com to start the return process. Please include your full name as it appears on your account, order number, item(s) that you need to return, and the items you would like in exchange.
We will reply within 48 hours to let you know if your item(s) are eligible (please read the rest of the
policy before emailing).  

 

If your items are eligible, please return within 10 days for a full credit, minus shipping.
Returned items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached and remain
unwashed, unworn, and free of pet hair, smoke, odors and stains. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Returns must be sent back via mail only and must be postmarked by 10 days of the delivery date.
Your return must have tracking. We are not responsible for your package if it isn’t delivered to us (this is
why we require tracking).


Once we receive your return, please allow 5 - 7 business days to process your return.  You can request the exchange item or store credit.  Its important to note that we do not issue refunds.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes undergarments (bralettes, lingerie, shapewear, swim suits, ect.)
Returns received after 10 days will not be honored.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email
bougieboutique.52021@gmail.com for assistance before returning.

***Please note all items are personally inspected before shipping.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.
Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return
shipping.

What are the payment options?

We accept both Cashapp and PayPal payments.  

When paying with Cashapp please note, your name and order number in the memo.
